♥ Favourite Lip Products
See the video!!!
Vaseline Rosy Lips
Rimmel Moisture Renew in Nude Delight (700)
Virgin Vie Champagne Sparkle
Mac Pink Neuveau (I cant see the spelling, its rubbed off!)
This list is by no means exhaustive! If I was gonna do a favourite lip product video I would be here all day! I just picked a look for the 3 occasions I mentioned.
1) Lounging around and being au naturel
2) A "done" daytime look
3) A vibrant going out look!
What would your picks be for those occasions?

♥ Inspirational Images
So I was planning my next blog post which was going to be about my favourite lip products, when I stumbled upon this inspirational image for a make-up look.
I think its absolutely gorgeous! Obviously not something that could be worn every day, but for a special party, eg fancy dress, it would look fab! I think I may have a go at re-creating it one day this week!
I then also found this watermelon inspired look. Again, not something you would normally wear in "real life", but interesting all the same!
So I thought I would upload a few looks that I created a while ago (note the long blonde hair... I miss it!!!). I know they are nowhere near as good or as creative as the above two pictures, but I was just practicing with colours etc and thought I'd share them with you!

♥ St Ives Apricot Scrub.
If you saw my video about my 1st UK haul, you will have seen that I bought the blemish control version of the ever popular St Ives Apricot Scrub.
I have used the original Apricot Scrub before and really liked it, but as I can be prone to break-outs I thought I would give the blemish fighting scrub a try. I have been using the product for a week now and so far, so good. I know you should use a product for a whole month to give it chance to do its job, but I can see results in my skin already and I am really impressed.
What I liked about the original Scrub is that it had a sort of marzipan smell. I am addicted to marzipan. I could buy it in packets straight off the shelf in Asda and gobble it all up. Unfortunately, the blemish fighting version doesnt share this marzipan smell. It smells a little "medicated". Not that its a bad smell, its not. Its a fresh "wake me up" kind of smell, which is nice. But its not marzipan!
I love the texture of the product, and the fact that you only need a kidney bean amount of product to exfoliate your entire face really thoroughly. The exfoliating "grains" dont scratch the face, but they really feel like they are doing a good job of getting rid of any dead skin. And judging by the soft and smooth texture of my skin after I have dried it, its doing a very good job indeed!
I have no spots at all at the moment. When I first started using the product last Monday, I had a few spots around my jawline but these have since vanished and I am putting that down to the blemish fighting ingredients in this scrub.
I would really recommend this scrub to anyone who wants to liven up their complexion, as the scrub gets rid of the dead skin cells and leaves the lovely new skin underneath to shine through. Obviously if you have a different skin type to me, you might like to try one of the other scrubs from the St Ives range.
I will do a post soon about my skincare routine and how I incorporate the scrub into that routine for those of you wondering. It IS suitable for daily use which is great!
Does anyone else use St Ives scrub? What do you think of it?

♥ Hyperhidrosis
Hello everyone!
Some of you may be reading the title of this blog post and thinking: "What"??? So to start with I am just going to quote the good old Wikipedia definition of the term:
"Hyperhidrosis is the condition characterized by abnormally increased perspiration,[1] in excess of that required for regulation of body temperature."
This is a problem that I have suffered with since the age of 11. I know it sounds hard to believe that a girl of such a young age could start to have a problem like that but its completely true. I remember my first experience very clearly.
In my final year of primary school, my class had a teacher who always had the dreaded sweat patches under his arms. Every day without fail.
One day, my friends and I were joking around and I happened to raise my arms.
"Oh my god", said my classmate, "you've got armpits like Mr So-and-So" (I wont name and shame!). I looked down and sure enough, my armpits were wet through. I was so embarassed.
After that first incident I made sure I used an antiperspirant deoderant every day to try to stop the sweating, and I washed thoroughly morning and night. But it was no use at all, and as I got older, it got worse. In high school, no matter how hot it was I would never take off my blazer because I knew I would have wet patches on my shirt. I would always keep my arms at my side to try and stop people from seeing and I lived like that until I actually went to the doctors, aged 20, to see what was going on!
I know I should have gone before, but I was embarassed. I associated this problem with dirty people who never wash, but I was completely wrong. This is a genuine medical problem and there are things that can help.
I was so happy when he prescribed me Driclor, an extra strength roll on anti-persperant, and after 2 days the sweat patches had disappeared.
The way I had to use it was to wash before bed, roll it on like a deoderant and then let it dry before putting on any pyjamas or anything. I have to admit that there was a tingling/ itching sensation, which wasnt very pleasant, while the product dried. When it was dry I would go to sleep and wash it off in the morning and apply normal anti-perspirant as I usually would. After the second night of doing this I noticed that I didnt have any patches on my clothes at all! I couldnt believe it! I had to keep checking in the mirror! I have continued use ever since but because the formulation is so strong I only have to use it once a week!
I would recommend this product to ANYONE who has had the problem that I have had. Its a really embarassing problem and one that makes you feel dirty and ashamed. But I have found out that there is absolutely no need to suffer. You can actually buy Driclor in Boots, although it is quite pricey for a small bottle. But having said that, can you put a price on renewed confidence?
The only downside I would say is the tingling/ itching sensation while the product is drying. It is quite irritating. You have to remember to just put on a thin layer and dont roll loads on. Thats when the tingling is worse. There are other brands though, so if you dont get on with Driclor, try one of the others. I havent had a problem so I have stuck with it and I am so happy that I did!
I urge anyone who has read my story here and found it familiar, to read up on hyperhidrosis and to try out this product. Its amazing! And to those of you who have seen people suffering with the problem before and thought "ewww"... please remember that the poor person you are mocking has a medical issue, and they shouldnt be judged for it.
Thanks for reading this post guys, I know it isnt directly fashion or beauty related but I thought it would be helpful to some people.
Take care xoxo

♥ Cooler than the BLUE dress!
Hello everyone, I hope your weekend is going well!
So, I went out last night and I wore the amazing blue dress and I thought I would post a pic so you could see it. Unfortunately the camera was a phone camera and not that good so the quality wont be amazing, and also I am rubbish and forgot to do a full outfit shot, but at least you get an idea!
So have you been out this weekend? What is your ideal night out?

♥ Mobile Phone :-) Yay!
Hey everyone :-)
You might remember me saying I was buying the Samsung Tocco Lite to replace my old and battered mobile... well I have had it for almost 2 weeks now and even though its still fairly early days I have to say that so far I absolutely LOVE it!
I actually film my YouTube videos on it and take my pics with it so you can see what the quality of the camera is like. As for useability of the touchscreen, its really responsive, it doesnt take that long to get used to, its just the qwerty keyboard that takes practice with the keys being quite small but apart from that its pure love!
I have a 2GB memory card with it so I use it instead of an iPod and it works really well, it has a really good music player and the sound is good. The only gripe I have with it is that the earphones are quite uncomfortable in the ear. They arent really really bad, but I have been used to the earphones which came with my Sony Ericsson Walkman phone and they are really small and fit into the ear perfectly, whereas these ones are bigger and are prone to falling out. Its a shame really but as its coming on winter I'll soon have my earmuffs on to hold them in place while I'm travelling to and from work!
Anyone else got this phone and want to rave about it?? Feel free, I will be an enthusiastic listener!
