♥ Playsuits- Yay or Nay?
I actually own a couple of playsuits. They are of the shorts variety, one I got in April 2008 from Next and is a tailored pinstripe one, and the other I got this summer from River Island and is a much more laid back, slouchy one. Now, I personally LOVE the look of playsuits in all shapes and forms, but there are downsides to them. Such as when going to the loo.... you practically have to get totally undressed just to pee! They can also have a tendancy to make your bum look massive- something which, as a typical "pear", I dont really need any help with!
The main reason for this post is actually because I was in the middle of my daily River Island browse and I came across this complete look and fell in love with it.
You can click on the pic to enlarge it. I just love it because it nails all the current trends! Draping, check! Metallic, check! Luxe, check! Navy, check! But my question is, if you are kinda unsure about whether playsuits really suit you, would you part with almost £50 for one?? I'm not saying thats expensive for a playsuit, because I dont think it is. I mean, if you were buying a new going out outfit and you bought a top and bottoms seperately, the chances are you'd spend about the same (unless of course you are shopping in Primarni!).
